Deploying the server

Usualy I deploy a linux Centos with all components, protections and basic settings or choose a ready-made hosting also with detailed settings for the project

Deploying the CMS

I choose a suitable CMS (Wordpress, Opencart, Strapi or self-written). Also I do modifications of the MySQL database for the tasks of the project, installation and customization of the necessary ready-made add-ons for the project

Back-end preparation

I carry out the conclusion of all content for the needs of the design. I customize each element and make it manageable from the admin panel.

Technical seo optimization

Search venues

A site with a search for venues near the user

Tasks

  • Having only one csv table with a database (about 15 thousand), one of the largest cities in the world created a database to use it on a site.
  • This database should be segmented into districts, microdistricts, types of kitchens, types of venues.
  • Implement a display of these venues and a convenient search on the site.

Implemented

A database architecture was created for institutions that in the future will be able to expand and increase without losing productivity.
The table was integrated into this database. During integration, all fields were validated, such as:
  • Is the phone number real?
  • Is the venue located within the city limits?
  • Check for duplicates in the database
  • Is the photo optimized + optimization of unfinished ones?
  • Creation of unique SEO url
  • etc
On the front-end side, a search for multiple values with multiple filters was implemented such as:
  • Kitchen type
  • Type of venue
  • Area
  • Microdistrict
  • Is it open
  • Price range
  • Rating
A search was also carried out on the map with specified filters.
For good SEO optimization, meta tag generators for search pages and venue pages were installed.
The blog was optimized and automated delivery of information about the venue on the blog

Having access to the database of all ads for the sale of cars, create a single convenient tool for use by resellers

Task

Create a convenient application for car resellers to increase their efficiency and open a new way of earning

Implemented

  • A universal MySQL architecture was created, which made it possible to combine 3 ad databases and quickly work with large volumes of data (10+ million records).
  • A quick and convenient search among the database was made by such criteria as phone number, car number, VIN, etc.
  • Made it possible to save selected ads, leave notes and notify messengers about changes in ads (mileage, price, status, etc.)
  • Made it possible to create different filters for searching depending on the user.
  • Made automatic notifications about new ads based on configured filters in messengers.
  • Made a secure login using 2 and 3 factor authentication.
  • Made it possible to use the functionality only for subscribers with tariff packages (day, week, month) with online payment.
  • The car registration database from open data bases has been integrated
  • Integrated VIN decryption for displaying non-European cars.

Creation of a site for many countries with multi-language versions

  • A site with a switch to countries with a change of subdomain has been created
  • When creating a new branch in a new country, the admin panel implements automatic deployment of the required languages in this country
  • When creating a new branch, it is possible to migrate content from the main site + automatic translation of all pages and blogs into the required languages.
  • The ability to administer all branches and users through the main site has been implemented
  • Implemented the possibility of technically creating a new branch in 8 hours (including translation correction)

Create a number of e-commerce platforms, the goal of which is the maximum presence in the market

Task

Create a number of sites that are not similar to each other, but are connected by a single source. The main goal of which is to gain an advantage in a highly competitive environment.

Implemented

  • Having a database of goods and customers in CRM/ERP, a basic site with a modern design was created and automatic two-way synchronization of goods, orders and customers was set up.
  • Generated reports with segmentations for auto-ordering of goods.
  • Customer segmentation reports based on specified parameters have been created.
  • A referral sales system has been created.
  • Eco loyalty program was created
  • A slice of the prices of the main competitors is integrated, which makes it possible to analyze and compare the prices with those available in the store.
  • Integrated manual and scheduled automatic price dumping
  • Integrated automatic distribution of prices for marketplaces
  • A clone of the site is created without visual similarity but with its own identity, such as photo watermarks, automatically generated meta tags, etc.
  • Automatic synchronization of the clone with the main site for the range of goods and setting of own prices has been implemented.
  • Implemented the possibility of deploying a similar clone in 40 hours.

  • Integrated dropshipping platform with two-way exchange. (receiving product balances, sending orders).
  • An automatic markup has been set for product groups.
  • Implemented basic automation of communication with suppliers.
  • A notification about the status of the order has been implemented in the messenger.
  • Implemented automatic signaling in the presence of deviations according to the script (deviations from the schedule of shipments, deviations from the correctness of balances, availability of goods without a photo, etc.).
  • Implemented daily reporting on transactions.
